Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Up to £90,000 DOE, welcome bonus up to £5,000 and relocation allowance up to £5,000.

Responsibilities
- Lead orthopaedic and soft tissue advanced procedures, including fracture fixation and cruciate ligament surgery.
- Perform complex surgeries: TTA, TPLO, arthroscopy, laparoscopy, endoscopy.
- Utilise Qalibra CT scanner and dedicated orthopaedic theatre once installed.
- Provide peri‑operative care with our overnight post‑op facilities.
- Collaborate with the practice team to deliver high‑standard patient and client care.
- Contribute to clinical culture and mentor colleagues.
Qualifications
- Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
- Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive approach to learning, openness to feedback and development.
