About the Role
Leonard Brothers Veterinary Centre is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our Nantwich and Wistaston branches. The ideal candidate is skilled in both routine and complex surgical procedures and is willing to support junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily veterinary care including routine consultations and surgical operations.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases, including ophthalmology.
- Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching and shared caseloads.
- Participate in elective and emergency clinical work, including outâofâhours shifts.
Working Hours & Flexibility
26â36 hours per week with flexible rota patterns. Outâofâhours shifts: evenings (6:30 pmâ9 pm), weekends (8 amâ5 pm) and Saturday mornings (8:30â12:30). Shift duties shared equally among vets; outâofâhours coverage currently available between 12:00 and 1:30.
