About The Role
In this role, you’ll be the analytical backbone of our CRM strategy—measuring campaign effectiveness, uncovering customer behaviour patterns, and identifying opportunities to improve retention and lifetime value. You’ll ask the right questions, build robust analytical frameworks, and deliver insights that shape our marketing decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse customer interactions across digital channels to improve CRM performance.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM reporting suite using Power BI.
- Design and execute AB tests to measure campaign impact and incrementality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Data Engineering and CRM platform owners.
- Present findings in a clear, commercially‑minded format to stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong analytical skills with experience sourcing and processing complex datasets.
- Advanced SQL skills across platforms and data warehouses (Google BigQuery preferred).
- Power BI expertise including DAX, time intelligence, and complex data modelling.
- Proven experience in AB testing design, execution, and statistical analysis.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Bonus Skills
- Experience writing analytical scripts in R or Python.
- Understanding of data pipeline processes and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Emarsys, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Skilled in customer lifetime value analysis, segmentation, and churn modelling.
- Ability to navigate and influence within a large, multi‑national organisation.

- Experience in subscription‑based or ecommerce businesses.
- Background in veterinary or pet‑related industries.
