We’re now looking for an IT Administrator to join our growing team at our Keynsham Head Office. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in keeping our IT operations running smoothly and supporting colleagues across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage IT equipment orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle mobile phone queries, from ordering new devices to resolving contract issues
  • Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to keep everything on track
  • Keep records and internal documents accurate and up to date
  • Support the team with general administration and organise meetings

You’ll also play a key role in our migration to a new mobile provider and ensure every colleague receives excellent customer service throughout.
