Location: Brighton and Peacehaven, New Priory Vets

Contract: Part-Time, Permanent

This is a transitioning role created to ensure a smooth handover as the current Insurance Administrator reduces hours ahead of retirement. Full training and support are provided during this period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit veterinary insurance claims.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with insurer requirements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date claim records.
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients throughout the claims process.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicating with clients and external organizations.
  • Comfortable managing workloads independently.
  • Experienced in insurance administration and/or veterinary practice (preferred but not essential).
  • Calm, professional, and empathetic in a client-facing environment.
