Client Care Advisor Role
We are looking for a positive and approachable individual who has a genuine passion for providing outstanding client care and client experience. The Client Care Advisor will support our clients at the south hub practices in Stapenhill, Hilton, Mickleover, and Stretton.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and welcome clients and their pets into the practice.
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with queries.
- Reassure clients, listen to their needs, and take payments.
- Solve problems and provide general support to clients throughout their visit.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role with a strong focus on service and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
- A proactive attitude, with openness to feedback and learning.
