As our practice continues to grow, we’re now looking for a caring, supportive and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our story.
This is a site-based, people-facing leadership role, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting others to succeed, and making a real difference to both team and client experience. This role is available for up to 40 hours per week, typically worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday. However, we are very open to discussing flexible/reduced hours or fewer days for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading, supporting, and motivating the practice team to foster a positive and collaborative working environment
- Maintaining practice standards and ensuring compliance with RCVS guidelines
- Financial management, including: Managing a practice budget, Stock control, Initiating capital expenditure requests, Supporting payroll production and queries
- Human Resources responsibilities, including: Line management and Appraisals
- Oversight of building and equipment maintenance
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance with team support
- Recruitment and monitoring of mandatory and ongoing training compliance
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries (with support from a central IT function)
- Handling and resolving client complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Attending and leading practice and area meetings
