Overview
Easipetcare is a small animal practice located in Derby and is ISFM accredited. The practice has excellent transport links, including the M1 and a direct train to London, and the Peak District National Park is nearby. We have a supportive and friendly team of 1 Vet, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA and 3 receptionists, and we are passionate about providing the best standard of care to both pets and clients. The practice includes 4 consult rooms, a separate cattery, kennel and isolation wards, a dedicated X‑ray and ultrasound rooms, a large theatre and preparation room, and an in‑house laboratory.
How You'll Make a Difference
As Head Receptionist you will lead the client care team within the practice, ensuring consistently high standards of service and a positive experience for clients and patients. You’ll provide day‑to‑day leadership and support to reception colleagues, help manage workflows and performance, and work closely with the wider practice leadership team to continuously improve the client journey and support practice initiatives.
