Ashcroft Vets is a spacious practice situated in a lovely market town of Frodsham, Cheshire with easy access to national transport links. We are seeking an enthusiastic first opinion veterinary surgeon eager to continue their career by joining our friendly and supportive team.
Salary up to £65,000 DOE.
About the Role
Ideally a full-time role (though part-time applicants are welcome), spanning 40 hours per week across 4 days between the hours of 8:30am and 7pm, plus equally shared Saturday mornings 9am-1pm. No out of hours or bank holidays.

Our amazing team is made up of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant and 5 experienced Receptionists and Administrators. Our team pride themselves on offering an exceptional level of care in a friendly, collaborative manner, providing a supportive environment to develop each other’s skills.
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both clients and team members; a keen interest in working with small animals, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development; the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach; a team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice.
Recently refurbished with a brand-new imaging suite including dental x-ray and ultrasound, plus endoscopy, multi-parameter monitoring and other usual equipment.
