As Operations Director, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the end‑to‑end operations of our business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee critical operational functions, ensuring they run efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with our ambitious growth strategy.

The Operations Director will lead the operational strategy for Pet Drugs Online, focusing on the provision of excellent customer service, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of an increasingly efficient operation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within e‑commerce, retail, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in customer service, warehousing, logistics, and compliance‑driven operations.
  • A track record of improving operational efficiency, driving cost savings, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, ideally with prescription medicines, is a plus.
  • Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in e‑commerce WMS and automation opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, enthusiastic approach and a can‑do attitude.
