We’re looking for a talented Digital Learning Designer to join our growing team, supporting global markets with innovative, high-impact learning solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing impactful digital learning solutions across a variety of formats (eLearning, video, animation, simulations, infographics)
- Managing projects end‑to‑end, from concept through to delivery
- Partnering with stakeholders to analyse learning needs and translate them into effective digital content
- Adapt and transform face‑to‑face training into engaging digital experiences
- Ensuring high‑quality output through rigorous quality assurance
What We’re Looking For
You’re a proactive, self‑sufficient digital learning professional who can take ownership of your work.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience working with technical or compliance‑based content
- Proven expertise in Articulate 360, including advanced Storyline skills
- Experience designing across multiple digital learning formats
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Skills in visual design, multimedia content creation, and basic animation
- Experience with video editing and closed captioning
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills
Nice To Have
- Experience with learning methodologies such as Action Mapping or 5Di
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience working with global teams and content localisation
- Animation tools such as Vyond
- Relevant learning or design qualifications (e.g. CIPD or TAP)

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Learning Manager, with no line management responsibilities.
