We’re on the lookout for a warm, experienced Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at The East Grinstead Vet Centre. If you love working with animals and people and enjoy being the friendly face welcoming clients and their pets, this could be the perfect role for you!
Your days will be varied and rewarding, including:
- Answering phones and handling front-desk inquiries
- Booking appointments and managing scheduling
- Processing payments and assisting with health plans
- Supporting the smooth operation of the clinic and assisting clients as needed
- Contributing to a welcoming and positive experience for pets and their owners
We are a busy, small animal practice in beautiful East Grinstead with satellite branches in Crawley and Copthorne, with good transport links to London and Brighton. We are lucky to have the Ashdown Forest on our doorstep, providing a great place for walking and enjoying spectacular views.
Shift pattern: You will work 38 hours per week across 4 days, covering 9-hour shifts; this will also include every other Saturday morning.
