Veterinary Receptionist (maternity leave)

We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to cover a maternity leave position at Moorview Referrals. The role is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week rotational contract for 12 months, with the option to transition to a part‑time basis as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care.
• Meet and greet clients and pets.
• Manage appointment booking and diary management.
• Handle telephone and e‑mail enquiries.
• Take payment for services and products.
• Manage cash and end‑of‑day banking.
• Maintain a clean and safe space for clients and pets.
