How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
- Greeting customers
- Answering telephones
- Taking payments
- Updating records
- Dealing with emails/reports
- Keeping up to date with our Pet health Club sign-ups, cancellations, and yearly renewals.
- Scheduling shifts and diary amendments
- Maintaining the reception area
You will work 25 hours per week, covering 5-hour shifts (both earlies and lates) over 5 days, across all 3 sites. You will also be required to work 1-in-6 Saturday mornings at Grange Farm.
