Working Pattern: This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm, professional and compassionate experience for every client and patient.
  • Manage appointments, telephone enquiries and client communications efficiently.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
  • Support colleagues across the practice to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of reception.
