How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Client Care Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for clients and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of Pride Veterinary Centre and our wider network.
This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you'll need to remain calm, professional, and positive while balancing multiple priorities.
You'll take referral calls from veterinary practices, arrange appointments, welcome clients, answer telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries, process payments, and resolve queries with empathy and efficiency.
Many of our referral clients travel significant distances to access specialist care for their pets, so understanding their circumstances and providing a reassuring, compassionate experience is an important part of the role.
- Working Pattern
- Full‑time permanent role
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts between 7:00am – 11:00pm
- 1 in 3 weekends
- General Responsibilities
- Manage referral calls and book appointments accurately
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Respond to client enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support the wider practice team to ensure a smooth client journey
