Role Overview:
We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to join us on our mission of Healthier Pets = Happier Owners.
What you will be doing:
- Gain understanding of the veterinary/pet healthcare world, customers and users, leveraging prior research and contributing to user research artefacts over time.
- Champion user-centred principles by setting context, mapping stories/services, prototyping, iterating and measuring impact, and helping product teams mature their practices.
- Think big, test small with end-to-end thinking, while remaining pragmatic about feasibility within a digital transformation and short feedback loops.
- Shape strategy by leading 0 to 1 initiatives, evaluating value, viability and feasibility in collaboration with other Principals or Heads of Product, Engineering and Architecture.
- Provide leadership at Senior Leadership level within the Tribe and technology function, mentor fellow Product Designers, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration across Operations and Marketing.
