Working alongside experienced clinical and client care colleagues, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

General Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and patients to the practice
  • Answer telephone enquiries and book appointments
  • Manage reception and administrative duties
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Support the veterinary team with day‑to‑day practice operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer care at all times
Working Pattern

Part‑time permanent position 3 days per week. Shift patterns between 8:30am and 6:30pm. Flexibility to provide additional cover during annual leave and other absences is essential.
