We are looking for a friendly person to join our team as a part-time Client Care Representative in our busy, customer-focused veterinary practice in Chalfont St Giles. We are a thriving practice with an excellent reputation in our local community and pride ourselves on our impeccable customer care. This role is fast‑paced and fun with no working day the same, so we are looking for calm and committed individuals who enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5‑star customer care
- Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Managing telephone and email enquiries
- Taking payment for services and products
- Managing cash and end‑of‑day banking
- Cleaning and preparing rooms for consultations
- Opening and closing the practice
About the Practice
The Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre is owned by IVC Evidensia and led by our own in‑house management team. We have had the privilege of caring for small animals in the local community for 60 years. All of our team members share the same passion to provide our clients and their pets with the best care and service possible. We are all animal lovers and pet owners who take great pride in treating pets as if they are our own.
Working Pattern
Part‑time permanent role working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 weekends. Weekends are Saturdays only from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
