We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Manor Vets, Northfield on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12 months. You will be expected to work across all six of our Manor Vets (West Midlands) sites: Halesowen, Northfield, Edgbaston, Shirley, Harborne and Cradley Heath.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern:

  • 38 hours across a 5‑day week
  • Varied shifts between 8:00am and 7:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Every other Saturday morning, 8:30am-12:30pm
  • Bank Holiday shifts on a rota basis, based at the Halesowen branch
