IVC Evidensia is seeking an Area Director to lead a portfolio of veterinary practices across the West Midlands and Black Country. The role is home-based with extensive regional travel, offering strategic leadership, financial accountability and a focus on clinical and operational excellence.
You will work closely with Practice Directors and regional teams to deliver high performance, organic growth and patient outcomes, while embedding a high-performance culture across 20+ sites.
