We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Bath Cat Clinic on a part-time basis. Bath Cat Clinic is part of Bath Vets. We offer a supportive and friendly working environment and great benefits. By joining our group, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. We are a small, very friendly team with a huge amount of passion for what we do and our aim is to provide a first-class service to the cats of Bath and the surrounding areas.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
We Have Two Positions Available:
- Role 1 - An average of 24 hours per week including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
- Role 2 - An average of 19.5 hours per week including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
General Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking appointments
- Dealing with any queries
- Taking payments
- Dispensing medication
- Interacting with customers
