Leonard Brothers Vets are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment with a flexible rota and the ability to balance consulting with surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform consults and surgeries within the regular shift schedule.
- Manage 15‐minute consultation slots and coordinate catch‐up periods if a consult runs over.
- Document case notes, make phone calls, and discuss cases with fellow veterinarians.
Schedule
- 27.5 hours per week: two 8:30‐6:30 shifts and one 8:30‐5:30 shift.
- Limited out‐of‐hours evenings (6:30‐9:00 pm) and weekend shifts (8:30‐5:00 pm).
Qualifications
- Experienced veterinarian; a surgical certificate or bias is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse clinical team.
- Current registration with the Royal Veterinary College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
