We’re recruiting a Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis and are open to full-time, part-time, consult-only or tailored rotas. A typical full-time rota is 40 hours over 4 weekdays (08:30–19:00) with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (09:00–13:00, consults only), though we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
Clinical excellence and development
You will join a friendly, experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, RVNs, SVNs, VCAs and Receptionists who genuinely support one another. Our vets consistently highlight the outstanding nurse and client care support they receive.

Our practice
We provide high-quality first opinion care, seeing a mix of routine, preventative and complex medical and surgical cases, all worked up to a high clinical standard. You will be working in a well-equipped, modern practice with access to:
- Brand-new state-of-the-art ultrasound suitable for abdominal and cardiac studies
- Digital X-ray
- Flexible and rigid endoscopy
- And much more
We are also proud to support a local hedgehog charity.
Location
Our main practice is located in a charming market town, less than a mile from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Saltaire. The area offers independent shops, cafés, restaurants, green spaces and the renowned Salt Mills gallery. Excellent transport links also provide easy access to Leeds city centre.
