Begbroke Veterinary Surgery, a part of Chipping Norton Veterinary Hospital, is a dedicated small animal team located between Woodstock and North Oxford. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the nursing team with the setup of surgical procedures.
- Provide support by holding patients for the veterinarians and nurses.
- Clean and maintain clinical areas, organize and put away supplies.
- Restock and manage the cleaning and packaging of sterile equipment and theatre attire.
About the team
Begbroke Veterinary Surgery opened in January 2020 and is a new division of Chipping Norton Veterinary Hospital, providing consultations, routine diagnostics and surgery. We have a highly motivated, friendly team and are looking to welcome someone who can offer valuable support to our excellent services.
The ideal candidate
- A dedicated individual who is hardworking, dependable, and proactive, with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A people-oriented person with strong client service abilities and a genuine passion for working with animals.
Shift pattern
You will work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, with shifts ranging between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. You may also be required to work overtime on Saturdays between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.
