Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the work is being completed on a timely basis, correctly and in accordance with agreed SLAs. This includes ensuring ledgers are fully reconciled and ready for transfer into the BPO BAU team, as well as ensuring processes are operating effectively and in compliance with P2P policies.
  • Oversee application of best practices with the clinics. This includes ensuring that requirements from the clinics are tracked and completed, and that issues related to opening balances and onboarding-related issues are resolved on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with in‑country integration teams, clinic managers, IVCE Finance team members and 3rd‑party outsourced service providers to ensure the smooth transition of financial processes and systems.
  • Drive improvements in the P2P process and represent the team in meetings. This will require a high level of confidence and enthusiasm to present the best outcome for the integration team.
  • Be responsible for training new team members in the SSC.
