The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

Support the Group completion accounts process for newly acquired clinics. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability of Purchase‑to‑Pay reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess month‑end reporting performance and ensure service‑level agreements (SLAs) are met. Oversee and manage relationships with external and internal auditors, tax and other stakeholders for audits and compliance checks. Stay informed about industry best practices and participate in professional networks to foster knowledge exchange.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA, ACCA, CIMA preferred).
  • Minimum of three years of progressive Purchase‑to‑Pay experience, preferably in a shared/central finance solution environment.
  • Proficiency in a second language (e.g., French) is preferable.
  • Proven track record of leadership and solution‑oriented traits in a PTP function.
  • Strong knowledge of local banking, finance reporting, regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing relationships within a finance reporting environment.
  • Proficiency using finance software or systems such as Netsuite or Oracle.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess Practice Management System data and banking information.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements.
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Continuous learning mindset.
