How You'll Make a Difference
- Support the clinical team to deliver high standards of patient and client care.
- Ensure the practice environment runs smoothly and safely.
- Admitting animals.
- Animal handling.
- Assisting the consulting or operating veterinary surgeon.
- Working at Reception.
- Dealing with client queries.
- Answering the telephone.
- Booking appointments.
- Dispensing medication.
- Assisting with stock control.
- Cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas and equipment.
- Invoicing and keeping account of daily cash takings.
- Complete understanding of products, practice procedures and organisation.
