Flexibility in your working hours
Our opening hours are 8:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:30am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. The role offers up to 40 hours across five days, but we’re open to discussing part-time hours or more flexible arrangements to suit your lifestyle. We prioritize work-life balance and understand the importance of finding the right fit. There are no out-of-hours or on-call duties—just inpatient care as needed.
Career progression and opportunities
Our team are encouraged to develop their clinical skills and interests. Leadership opportunities exist, and you will support less experienced surgeons. CPD is encouraged and funded. With high surgery caseloads, mainly dogs, cats, and rabbits, this role is ideal for a candidate with a surgical bias.
