Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse – Sundean Veterinary Group, Hartpury

Up to £33,000 DOE

Full Time – 40 hrs per week

Monday – Friday 8:30am–7:00pm, approx. 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (Lydney branch, 8:30am–1:00pm)

Lead with confidence in a supportive, community‐focused practice. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse to take the lead at our Hartpury branch. This sole‐charge position gives you freedom to shape the branch while enjoying full support from the Sundean network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and diary management for the branch.
  • Maintain practice standards and SOP updates.
  • Act as Radiation Protection Supervisor, First Aider and Fire Marshal.
  • Manage stock control, ordering and stock takes.
  • Perform a full range of nursing duties: theatre work, anaesthesia, inpatient care, nurse clinics.
  • Support lab work and maintain practice cleanliness and organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with the local Vet, Reception team and wider Sundean network.
