Penmellyn Vets have a fantastic opportunity for a Partâtime Night Nurse to join their St. Columb Major Hospital! This is a 12âmonth maternity cover role. We are looking for someone to join us partâtime of 31.25 hours per week, over five days every other week.
You will work alongside a fantastic team completing general nursing duties including inpatient care, theatre work, triaging outâofâhours emergencies and supporting the night vet in providing an outâofâhours service. Our night team, each night, currently consists of a night nurse, a night vet, a twilight nurse, and a late evening and early morning prep room assistant or veterinary nurse student.
Penmellyn Vets is set in Mid Cornwall; we have the main hospital and five branch surgeries throughout the area. This vacancy is situated at the main hospital in St Columb, where our outâofâhours service runs from.
