We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a veterinary receptionist at Chapelfield Vets. The position is based at our Norwich branch and you will support the practice in a variety of daily duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking clients and small animal consultations
- Handling payments and telephone inquiries
- Organising veterinarians’ and nurses’ diaries
- Managing medication and other administrative tasks
We offer occasional holiday/sickness cover at our Wymondham, Costessey, Long Stratton and Brooke branches.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time‑management, problem‑solving and organisational ability
- Good computer skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Geographical knowledge of Norfolk is desirable
- Training courses will be provided online
Shift Pattern:
19.5 hours per week: Mondays 8:00‑14:00, Wednesdays 8:00‑14:00 and Fridays 8:30‑17:30 (half‑hour unpaid lunch). Saturdays are scheduled on a 1/6 TOIL basis.
