What does the role involve?

  • Answering phones
  • Triage patients
  • Taking payments over the phone and on desk
  • Allocating client accounts
  • Cashing up daily takings
  • Transferring patient histories
  • Cleaning surgery waiting rooms
  • Putting up medications
  • Booking appointments
  • Providing excellent customer service

Willing and able to travel to all four branches and flexible to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Efficient, multitaskable, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, with a good telephone manner. Admin skills advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

About the Rota

Shifts are split over five days, between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm, Monday‑Friday, with a requirement to cover weekends and bank holidays on a rotating basis.
