Global Sales Ledger Coordinator position at IVC Evidensia UK, based in Keynsham, United Kingdom. This role is open to candidates with GCSE or equivalent education. Location: Hybrid Working. Maternity cover FTC.
Job Responsibility
- We are IVC Evidensia, and we are on a mission to build the world\’s best veterinary group. Investing in people, premises, and processes, we deliver outstanding care in around 2,500 locations globally.
- We are looking for a Global Sales Ledger Coordinator to join us in our mission and manage all non-taking sales income for the UK, ROI, and Europe regions, ensuring the sales ledger is up to date with invoices raised, payments allocated, and queries resolved.
- You\’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be critical in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various internal departments.
Day to day responsibilities
- Raising and sending invoices throughout the month, including complex invoices.
- Allocating payments on customer accounts.
- Reconciling accounts, resolving differences, and queries.
- Aged debt reporting and commentary.
- Liaising with internal departments to gather information needed for invoicing or resolving queries.
- Working on month-end tasks to ensure accounts are balanced with the previous period.
- Posting high volumes of transactions accurately onto accounts.
- Processing and reconciling rebate invoices and querying any discrepancies.
- Upholding best practice compliance and maintaining audit-supporting documentation.
- Producing management information as required by the direct line manager, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Ideal requirements
- Experience in a Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Developed IT competence and PC skills, including MS Excel.
- Problem-solving and query resolution skills and the ability to work accurately.
- Proven ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
- A flexible and committed approach with a desire to meet company objectives.
Desirable
- Experience with Open Accounts.
