We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Assistant to work within our Administration Department at Pride Veterinary Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly client accounts, processing of invoices via email or post, and chasing clients for non-payment of their veterinary bills or insurance claims.

The hours available are 37.50 hours per week, generally working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have good IT knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel, and have the ability to work well in a busy environment. An excellent telephone manner, a passion for customer service, a good eye for detail, and a bubbly personality are essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You must also have the ability to work fast and accurately to meet necessary deadlines.
