We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to drive process improvement and strengthen operational controls across our billing and cash management activities. This role will work cross‑functionally with processing teams, credit control and business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, resolve process challenges and implement sustainable solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing end‑to‑end billing processes, improving accuracy and controls, supporting transactional teams with issue resolution and ensuring robust onboarding and request governance frameworks are in place. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaboration and delivering meaningful operational improvements.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Work with Genpact processing teams, IVC credit controller and business requestors to identify and resolve process issues and implement new controls.
- Deliver end to end process improvement across the manual / non‑PMS billing processes.
- Support transactional team with problem resolution.
- Investigate current customer billing / cash receipt issues causing matching challenges.
- Develop new request / onboarding controls.
- Process optimisation is needed across the current process/customer base, as well as likely challenges arising from recent migration to Oracle.
Experience / Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in identifying process issues and resolving.
- Process management: process mapping, solid understanding of Operating Procedures and Work Instructions governance.
- Process mapping experience.
- Inquisitive and proactive nature to resolve issues.
- Ability to work off own initiative to identify and progress issues.
- Ability to work with and communicate well with multi‑level stakeholders, including Genpact, GPOs, in‑country teams and IT.
- Define KPIs and metrics to track improvement progress.
- Support adoption of new processes.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Oracle.
- Knowledge of Visio, Signavio or similar process mapping and process management tools.
- Exposure / working experience with Six Sigma and Lean.
- Experience and good understanding of Continuous Improvement principles and methodology.
- People management experience.
- Exposure to Project Management.
- Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
