Our fantastic team at Sunninghill Vets are looking for a Student Veterinary Nurse to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enter the industry to join a supportive and friendly practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
- Providing high-quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients
- Preparing animals, equipment, and clinical areas
- Monitoring patient recovery and reporting observations to senior staff
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Supporting infection control, health and safety, and hygiene standards
- Communicating professionally and compassionately with clients
We will support all the above with structured training and mentoring from experienced veterinary professionals, with guided advice and support from our Head Nurse. Our new student nurse will also be supported with any academic and practical competency requirements needed to progress them to become a qualified RVN.

Your Shift Pattern
This is a part‑time role working a 9‑hour shift on a Monday. In addition to a competitive salary, you will benefit from:
