Vale Vets and Referrals is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our busy practice on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time basis (18 hours per week). You will welcome clients, manage appointments and handle enquiries to ensure a smooth client and patient journey.
Responsibilities include diary management, registrations, payments, and supporting colleagues across the team. Hours include Mon 8–1, Thu 2:30–7:30, Fri 4–7:30, plus Saturday mornings on a rota.
