How you'll make a difference
This is a transitioning role, created to ensure a smooth handover as our current Insurance Administrator gradually reduces their hours ahead of retirement. Full training and support will be provided during this period. You will play a vital role in supporting our clinical and client care teams by managing insurance claims efficiently and compassionately.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and submitting veterinary insurance claims
- Liaising with insurance companies, clients, and internal teams
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurer requirements
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date claim records
- Providing clear, empathetic communication to clients throughout the claims process
This is a part-time position, working 15 hours per week to start, with the view of increasing to 30 hours per week within 6‑12 months.
