We are looking for a highly organised EA for our founder, Arnas Laurynas, and our wider team. In 2025 we doubled our headcount; our mission is to double our headcount again in 2026. This role is a chance to work closely with the founder of a disruptive consulting firm and see how C-suite level decisions are made. You’ll get direct exposure to how an executive operates day to day. You will learn how a fast-moving start-up grows, adapts to challenges, and becomes an AI-enabled organisation.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to other people’s work. You embrace change and stay calm when things shift. If you’re driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited by the idea of being the person who “gets things done”, you’ll fit right in.
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving situations

- Are confident with MS Office, LLM use and quick to learn new software
- Are based in London and able to work on-site
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree
- Previous executive assistant experience or work in a start-up environment is a plus
- Italian or Lithuanian language is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Managing Director/founder: Stay close to decision-making, own his inbox and calendar, and keep day-to-day priorities on track
- International coordination: Plan meetings and travel. Keep communication flowing across people in multiple countries and time zones
- Finance & Operations: Support invoicing, expenses, and coordination with accountants
- Office & team support: Oversee the London office, onboarding, and team events
- Get behind-the-scenes access: Support internal projects and see how new services and tools come to life. Keep key information (website, CRM) up to date
Your Package at iVC Consulting:
