What you will do
- Executive Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, inbox, and tasks; handle correspondence and prioritisation.
- Travel comfortable adopting new systems and tools.
- Flexible and proactive attitude, comfortable in an international, informal culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year). Business/management preferred, other strong profiles welcome.
- Experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant (or similar) is an advantage, but not required.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian (Lithuanian and/or Italian would be a plus).
- Based in Vilnius, available to work from the office (20 St. Dunstan’s Hill).
What you will get
- Salary (for a full-time, we are considering part-time as well): £ 25,000 - £ 32,000 a year (depending on the experience) + annual bonus.
