What you will do
Executive Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, inbox, and tasks; handle correspondence and prioritisation.
Travel & Meetings: Arrange business trips and coordinate meetings across time zones.
Billing & Finance: Support invoicing, expenses, and liaise with accountants.
Office & Team Operations (Vilnius): Handle local office administration, onboarding, and events.
Communication & Development: Maintain CRM/website, assist with knowledge management, and provide ad-hoc support.
Project Assistance: Prepare documents, reports, and materials (e.g. board information packages, project summaries).
Who are we looking for
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Professional maturity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
Proficiency in MS Office; comfortable adopting new systems and tools.
Flexible and proactive attitude, comfortable in an international, informal culture.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year). Business/management preferred, other strong profiles welcome.
Experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant (or similar) is an advantage, but not required.
Fluent in English and Lithuanian · (Lithuanian and/or Italian would be a plus).
Based in Vilnius, available to work from the office (20 St. Dunstan’s Hill).
What you will get
Salary (for a full-time, we are considering part-time as well): £ 25,000 – £ 32,000 a year (depending on the experience) + annual bonus.
25 paid vacation days and a competitive benefits package.
The hybrid working model is possible after approval of the MD.
