As Ivanti continues to scale globally, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Contracts Analyst to join our Legal Contracts Team. In this strategic role, you will leverage your expertise in contract lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, vendor governance and process optimization to safeguard our interests, drive operational effectiveness, and support business growth across regions.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Contracts Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Lead the drafting, negotiation, review, and administration of complex contracts, including vendor agreements, technology/software licensing, NDAs, and strategic partnerships on a global scale.
- Vendor Governance: Oversee the end-to-end vendor contract process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Act as a key partner for procurement, legal, and finance teams to align vendor agreements with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a senior point of contact between Ivanti and external vendors, business leaders, and internal stakeholders. Solve complex queries, manage escalations, and uphold contract obligations.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance contract management workflows, documentation standards, and reporting systems. Lead projects to implement improvements that increase transparency, efficiency, and compliance.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure contracts and vendor relationships align with global regulations, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks. Proactively monitor and address compliance risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with legal, procurement, finance, operations, and technology teams around the world to support commercial, legal, and strategic business initiatives.
- Mentoring and Best Practices: Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, championing best practices in contract and vendor management.
What You Need To Succeed
- Extensive Contract Administration Experience: 5+ years in contract management or a related legal function, ideally within technology or SaaS.
- Vendor Management Mastery: Demonstrated success in managing high-value vendor contracts and relationships, including handling escalations and ensuring performance alignment.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to drive multiple complex contract processes concurrently while maintaining high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading negotiations and managing cross-functional stakeholders at all seniority levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using contract management tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign, CLM solutions), as well as Salesforce, Jira, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Global Regulatory Acumen: Strong track record managing contracts and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with a deep understanding of global data privacy, technology, and regulatory frameworks (SaaS/software industry experience strongly preferred).
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement process enhancements with minimal supervision.
- Leadership Qualities: Experience mentoring peers or leading teams in contract, legal, or compliance functions is advantageous.
