Grade: 8, Pay Point 15-18 £28,604.00 - £31,028.00 per annum (FTE) £25,109.07 - £27,236.90 per annum (Actual)

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks) 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00-3.30pm Friday
Are you ready to make a transformative impact in the lives of young people and lead the development of our new Internal Alternative Provision (AP), ‘The Bridge’? We are seeking a talented, driven and inspirational IAP Lead to spearhead the strategy and growth of this exciting initiative who has the ability to work with identified students to prevent disengagement with school, liaising with school staff, parents/carers, external agencies and alternative providers in the full range of age and ability at our 11-16 school.
The role requires proactive leadership, continuous professional development, and strong collaboration with all to improve outcomes for students at a high risk of disengagement.
