We are seeking a junior graphic designer to join our growing creative team in a dynamic political risk and analysis company. We are looking for someone who is highly-motivated, positive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work across projects, ranging from large scale campaigns to marketing brochures, brand packs, websites and digital ads. Being part of a small, close-knit and highly collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a project; as such, you’ll need to have a great mix of ideas, design techniques and software skills as well as a positive and adaptable approach.

What you’ll do:
- Support the design and upkeep of research reports, maintaining consistency with our brand standards
- Create visual stories that highlight and elevate our client’s message
- Design high-quality collateral for brand campaigns, multimedia projects, and events
- Translate Excel/Word data into on-brand charts, infographics and icons using Adobe Creative suite
- Collaborate with other designers and print suppliers to ensure high production quality
Essential strengths and Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience within an agency or in-house team
- Applied knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, technical confidence, and ability to quickly pick up new software and platforms
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collective environment
- Someone who pushes creative boundaries while working with brand guidelines
- Capable of creating visually impactful print infographics from data-based content
- Strong eye for design — knowledge and experience in typography, colour and composition
- A portfolio that demonstrates a detailed, meticulous attention to detail as well as a creative flare
- Ensure production of artwork is completed to high standard of design principles, brand consistency, technical accuracy and efficiency
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
