The role
We are looking for sharp, motivated individuals who are analysts by temperament and (ideally) training.
However, mindset and attitude are just as important to us as qualifications / experience.

Key responsibilities
- Develop / maintain subject matter expertise on a specific topic(s), focussed on geopolitical issues.
- Conduct research & analyses in support of your line of effort(s).
- Write / produce reports in a variety of formats.
- Work within a team in support of projects & deliverables.
- Give / receive direction, depending on role, seniority, etc.
- Brief others on your work, outputs, subject matter, etc.
- Liaise with & support clients.
- Coordinate and work with other teams & functions in the wider company.
- Key requirements
- Some form of experience / qualifications in analysis, or a relevant degree (eg International Relations, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, passionate about sound judgement and methodological discipline.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Able to work on-site in London.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain UK security clearance.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Able to work well within a team.
