Tasks
- Leading busy kitchen shifts and keeping service running smoothly.
- Cooking alongside the team and maintaining great food standards.
- Training, motivating and developing your team.
- Managing prep, stock, deliveries and waste.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
- Working closely with the GM and FOH team to deliver a great guest experience.
Profile
- Experience leading shifts in a busy restaurant kitchen.
- A passion for great food and high standards.
- A confident, positive and hands-on leader.
- Someone who stays calm and organised under pressure.
- A team player who's happy to jump on any station.
- Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
- Right to work in the UK.
