Ivan Ramen UK is seeking a hands-on BOH Supervisor in London to lead our kitchen team at Farringdon. You will work shoulder to shoulder with chefs, running service, prepping, cooking and ensuring every bowl meets our standard.
You’ll support the General Manager with day-to-day operations, develop the team, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and foster a positive, fast-paced environment where high standards are the norm.
