We are seeing strong traction in the UKI market and are looking to further accelerate our growth. We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the UKI market, based in our London office, who will be responsible for driving regional marketing activities to support business growth, generate sales pipeline, and build awareness of Ivalua.
The Field Marketing Manager – UKI is a critical role for our success in EMEA. He/she will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy in the UKI region, working closely with EMEA and global marketing teams, as well as local Sales, SDR and Alliance teams, to achieve pipeline and sales objectives while building the Ivalua brand locally. The role reports directly to the Head of EMEA Field Marketing, and benefits from the support of our transversal marketing team (customer & partner marketing, digital marketing, design, marketing operations…).

What You Will Do With Us
- Build and execute a regional marketing plan aligned with the Go-to-Market strategy, incorporating global and local campaigns to achieve pipeline, sales and brand awareness objectives.
- Execute online and offline campaigns locally, using multiple tactics and channels, including events, webinars, paid ads (Linkedin, Google), SEO/GEO, social media, email, and ABM.
- Plan and execute local events, ranging from small VIP dinners and breakfast seminars to large tradeshow sponsorships.
- Develop and run programs to accelerate the conversion of active opportunities, working closely with local sales, SDR and Alliance.
- Become a trusted partner to our Sales team. Ensure strong lead follow-up and conversion, in close collaboration with Sales and SDR teams to support the business.
- Support the Customer Marketing team in developing local advocates, and showcasing customer testimonials across campaigns.
- Work closely with the Partner Marketing & Alliances teams to strengthen the local partner network, identify relevant co-branded activities with local partners, and manage their execution.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to enhance PR and brand awareness in the region.
- Ensure effective reporting, including tracking ROI, pipeline and campaigns metrics.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although occasional out-of-area or overnight travel may be required, mainly to attend internal EMEA/APAC marketing meetings.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing expertise, excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset. They will be proactive, autonomous and able to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in field marketing and/or in a software company.
- Knowledge of Procurement is a plus (spend management, sourcing, contract management, eProcurement, eInvoicing, spend analytics, direct procurement, services procurement, supplier management).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners, GTM teams).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and adapt to changing circumstances to deliver results.
- Data-driven mindset, with analytical skills to ensure ROI and efficiency.
- Native English, French language skills are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite. Hubspot experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to AI and new technologies.
