Role Purpose

As our Community Manager, you will run iungoworks day-to-day. This is a highly visible, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will blend premium hospitality, proactive sales, and community building to create an unparalleled environment for our members. Key Responsibilities

  • Front-of-House & Day-to-Day Operations
    • Reception: Man the front desk, warmly welcome members, guests, and corporate clients. Act as the primary go-to person for any daily needs.
    • Facilities & Environment: Ensure the space is immaculately presented, clean, and fully operational at all times. This includes managing refreshments (tea/bean-to-cup coffee stations), coordinating meeting room setups, and tracking inventory.
    • Tech & Admin Support: Assist members with basic onboarding technical logistics (Wi-Fi connectivity, printing, and access control cards). Manage incoming mail and virtual office services.
  • Enquiries & Member Relations
    • Account Management: Handle the end-to-end lifecycle of members, from initial onboarding and contract creation to offboarding.
    • Tenant Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for private office tenants, resolving day-to-day enquiries, managing room bookings, and keeping communication fluid.
  • Sales, Marketing & Viewings
    • Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming digital, phone, and walk-in enquiries regarding coworking passes, meeting rooms, and office leases.
    • Conduct Viewings: Lead engaging, professional tours of West Bute House for prospective members, matching their business needs to iungoworks’ flexible solutions.
    • Local Advertising & Promotion: Drive awareness of the space by managing local marketing initiatives. This includes creating engaging daily content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) to showcase the iungoworks environment and lifestyle.
  • Event Organisation & Community Building
    • Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute a monthly calendar of events, ranging from professional workshops to informal social mixers.
    • Ecosystem Cultivation: Proactively introduce members to one another to spark collaboration, building a genuine, supportive professional community within the building.

Person Specification

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in coworking spaces, premium hospitality, estate/property management, or high-touch customer relationship roles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptionally outgoing, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. You naturally love connecting with people and building professional rapport.
  • Highly Organised: A natural multi-tasker who can smoothly transition from greeting a visitor, to resolving a tech glitch, to giving a formal sales viewing.
  • Proactive & Resourceful: Self-motivated with a "no task too small" attitude, happy to take ownership of the building's success.
  • Digital Literacy: Comfortable utilising workspace management software, CRM tools, billing platforms, and social media scheduling apps.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Occupancy Metrics: Meeting desk occupancy and private office rental targets.
  • Member Retention: Maintaining high member satisfaction and low turnover rates.
  • Community Engagement: Successful attendance rates and positive feedback for organised events and networking mixers.
